- In case of Your arrival in Poznan on the day before the conference, it is possible to book an overnight stay (Sept 6/7th) at the Andersia Hotel (Cost: double room: 150 euro/day; single room: 135 euro/day). Please put attention that this cost is additional to to the basal conference fee and should be paid on the conference account. We are waiting for your declaration until June 15, 2023 and information at: stowarzyszenie1302@gmail.com. After this date, please make reservations on your own. We do not guarantee free hotel rooms after this date.

REFUND: A full refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellations on or before the 5th of August, 2023
Please note that all fees are non-refundable after the 27th of August, 2023
- When done between the 6th and 18th of August - 40% of the total amount will be charged.
- When done between the 19th and 26th of August, 60% of the total amount will be charged.
- When done after the 27th of August - 100% of the total amount will be charged.
